Standard Dryer Vent Cleaning:

Vent system cleaning (up to 18 ft.) Includes cleaning the walls, floor and disassembly of the dryer to clean inside (that is where the fire is likely to start).

• Side wall vents - $239 (Vents that terminate on the first floor side wall)
• Roof top vents - $269 (Vents that terminate at the roof or second floor side wall that require ladder access)

Additional cleaning:

• Additional vent cleaning over 18 ft. - $4/ft.
• In-line booster fan cleaning - $168 - $185

Difficult access:

• Attics, crawl spaces & decks - $80 - $110
• Enclosed closet- stacked or combo washer/dryer - $49 - $109

Heating and Air Conditioning- Air Duct Cleaning:

 Due to the many types of ducting and configurations Air Duct Cleaning Proposals are done only after performing an onsite evaluation. A fee of $118 for the evaluation is required. This can be applied to the cleaning when it is completed. Air duct cleaning ranges from $650 to $1700+ depending on the scope of work.
